Universal Claims Certification (UCC) Program Refund Policy

The UCC Program registration fees may be refunded only if the course is NOT accessed and a request for a refund is made within 15 calendar days of purchase. All requests for a refund must be in writing and submitted to: ucchelp@theclm.org.

Refunds will be issued within 30-45 business days after receipt of the request.
