Subrogation
The mission of the Subrogation Committee is to offer a strong platform of educational programs for CLM Fellows and Members from corporations, insurance companies, law firms and service providers. For the subrogation professional, the Committee will compile and disseminate “best practices” for pursuing subrogation recoveries. The Committee will also endeavor to document trends and developments in the investigation of property losses. For liability and corporate claims professionals, the Committee will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences in defense of subrogation claims.
