Biography

Audrey D. Smith has spent over a decade defending general contractors, developers, building product manufacturers, and subcontractors in Florida construction defect matters, from pre-suit investigation through verdict. She also has experience in the areas of coverage, catastrophic tort, and professional liability. 

Having grown up in a multigenerational construction and development family business, Audrey brings a unique, firsthand perspective on the real-world impact of both “routine” and complex litigation. Her upbringing enables her to effectively communicate with clients of all backgrounds, from the c-suite executive to the day laborer.

In every case, she prioritizes building real relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and humility to facilitate practical and efficient results for her clients. As a team leader, she is committed to fostering what she calls “the sustainable practice of law,” emphasizing balance, growth, and long-term excellence.
