Biography
Michael Saba brings more than 44 years of fidelity, surety, subcontractor default insurance, and claim management experience. Mr. Saba has held in-house, senior claims management positions with major surety companies and has directed and personally handled numerous construction defaults. Mr. Saba oversees Guardian Group, Inc's Surety Practice and has participated in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of disputed performance and payment bond obligations. Mr. Saba received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Woodbury University and studied law at LaVerne University School of Law. He is a certified instructor for The American Surety Association, associate member of TIPS of the American Bar Association, past President of the Northern California Fidelity & Surety Claims Association, past speaker and current member for the National Bond Claims Association and is affiliated with numerous professional organizations.
